Audits > Our facilities are audited to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) standard— the strictest of auditing standards. We are proud to achieve an “A” rating — one of the highest ratings possible for a food manufacturer according to edition #6 of BRC standards

External Audits > We are stringently audited and utilize American Institute of Baking International, Silliker Incorporated, American Sanitation Institute, Guelph Food Technology Centre and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency

Practices > We follow and enforce all HACCP requirements and specifications in our day to day operations

C-TPAT Certification > Our food safety practices have allowed us unhindered border access to the USA, resulting in on-time delivery efficiencies for our customers
